Position Purpose

Office Assistant for the College of Pharmacy.

Assist College of Pharmacy faculty and staff with various projects and assignments including data entry and basic research, filing documents and electronically scanning data

Courier duties across campus

Assisting with set-up of on campus events

Assist with mass mailing projects

Other duties as assigned

POSTING TEXT

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Needs to be dependable, prompt, and enthusiastic. Ability to follow directions and work independently. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be organized and follow through with all tasks until completion. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience

Former reception, office experience, and/or customer service experience preferred, not required. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Education

Must be enrolled as a current student at Belmont University.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Some light lifting and moving of items.
