Job Functions

Job Function

In conjunction with Southern Word team, provide logistical support to the programs and events executed by Southern Word. This includes coordination, communications, and documentation related to these activities.

Job Function

Support marketing of programs and events with youth and adults both in the community and on-line.

POSTING TEXT

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel. Understanding of effective use of social media as a marketing tool. Highly organized and efficient with use of time. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software a plus. Responsive over e-mail. Ability to manage multiple college and work commitments. Ability to focus on time intensive, mundane tasks that produce results.

Experience

Marketing and office administration.

Education

Must be enrolled as a current student at Belmont University.

This is an off-campus community service position. Only students who have Federal Work-Study through Student Financial Services are eligible for this position.

This is an off-campus position and applicants MUST have Federal Work Study and reliable means of transportation.
